Refund Policy

We are committed to providing quality student leads to our teachers.

1. We guarantee that eligible teachers will receive student leads within 3 months from the date of membership/payment.
2. If we are unable to provide any student lead within this 3-month period, the teacher will be eligible for a 100% refund of the membership fee.
3. To claim the refund, the teacher must submit a refund request within 30 days after the completion of the 3-month period.
4. This refund policy applies only if the teacher has maintained an active and accurate profile throughout the 3-month period.
5. Once approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within the applicable processing time.
